Fees:

• Call Out: $154 – inc up to 15 mins of labour on the day (Mon-Fri)
• Call Out: $165 – inc up to 15 mins of labour on the day (Saturday)
• Labour and every Extra Appliance (every 15mins or part there of): $33 (Mon-Fri)
• Labour and every Extra Appliance (every 15mins or part there of): $44 (Saturday)
• $77 fee payable if the property is unattended.
• Part fits have a fixed labour rate of $121.
• Payment is due on the day the technician attends via eftpos.

Terms & Conditions:

• Same Day booking subject to availability.
• Please make sure you are available up to 2 hours either side of the given time slot.
• Appointment time slots are a approximation.
• All parts supplied come with a manufacturer warranty.
• All labour comes with 3 months warranty pertaining to the repair.
• Cancellations require 4 hours notice otherwise a $77 NO SHOW fee applies.
• Payment is due on the day the technician attends via eftpos.
• We DO NOT offer lines of credit.
