Q: Will you require payment for parts?

A: Payment for all parts ordered by Brisbane Professional Appliance Repairs is required in full before the parts are to be ordered.

Q: Will I be charged if I cancel my appointment?

A: Yes, a NO SHOW $77 fee will be payable, cancellations must be made 6 hours before allocated time slot.

Q: Is my fee payable on the day ?

A: Yes it is, all of our technicians carry mobile EFTPOS facilities we also accept cash and all major credit cards.

Q: How long will my part take to arrive?

A: As we use a 3rd party supplier, once orders are placed and processed through the parts suppliers we are advised delivery is estimated between 5 and 10 BUSINESS DAYS.

Q: Do you give warranty on your repairs?

A: Parts come with a manufactures warranty, all labour carried out by a Brisbane Professional Appliance Repairs technician has a 3 month warranty pertaining the repair that has been diagnosed by our technicians, excluding pest infestation.

Q: Can you fit parts supplied by someone else?

A: Yes, but we offer no warranty on parts and if the issue is not diagnosed by our technician nill warranty on labour will be offered.

Q: Will I  pay another call out if my machine requires parts?

A: No, we do not charge a second call out on part fit, you will however be charged a fixed labour rate of $99 .

Q: Will you carry my part in stock?

A: Although our vans are stocked with the most common parts unfortunately we are unable to stock our vans with every part for every machine we will however endeavour to have your part ordered and fitted within a minimal time frame.

Q: Can i cancel my repair once parts have been ordered?

A: It is up to the discretion of the supplier, sometimes restocking fees and postage are payable.

Q: Do you offer same day service?

A: Yes in most cases but subject to availability.

Q: How long until i receive my quote?

A: Quotes are usually sent within 48Hrs once the paperwork has been received.

Q: Can I get a free quote?

A: We do not do free quotes as it takes effort from many people to be able to provide a quote and this is time and money.

Q: What happens if the part does not fix the issue?

A: If the issue has been misdiagnosed we can offer a refund on parts only.

Q: What happens if there is more than one problem?

A: In some cases a secondary problems can cause faults/failure with other components.

Q: Are blockages covered by warranty?

A: No, some debris in machines can take weeks to come through the system.

Q: do you charge to fit parts that have been ordered in?

A: yes, we charge $121 flat fee.
